Alla vista si presenta limpido, rosso granato e di media intensità.
Al naso: frutti a bacca rossa, mentolato (balsamico), delicatamente erbaceo.
Il vino in bocca entra secco, di buon corpo, generoso alcol con tannini setosi, molto ben bilanciato e con lungo finale.
Abbinamento: filetto con funghi porcini.

ALOIS LAGEDER – CABERNET RISERVA 2008 – SOUTH TYROL (ALTO ADIGE)

The wine is clear, garnet red and medium intensity

On the nose: red berries, menthol (balsamic), slightly herbaceous

The wine is dry, full-body, generous alcohol with silky tannins, very good balanced and long finish.

Food pairing: fillet with porcini mushrooms.
